Moraira is situated a little north of the coast of Calpe and belongs to the municipality of Teulada. To get an idea of its location, it is approximately 9.5 kilometres from Calpe and 26 km to Benidorm.   It's a small town, nice and quiet and very well known for its fishing harbour and castle located right on the promenade which was built in 1742 .  

Despite being a small town, Moraira attracts the attention of many visitors thanks to the charm of the area, especially with the international markets such as the English and Norwegian. Many of these end up settling in the nearby hills where there are many urbanizations of villas and townhouses with a superb views of the bay, yet only 5 minutes away from the town.   If you are searching for a villa with spectacular views and very reasonable prices, Moraira could be your ideal location!
