    The town of Alfaz del Pi or L'Alfas del Pi, in Valencian, is the next town north of Benidorm and 3 kilometres from the beach of El Albir, which is its coastline. At the centre of Benidorm is approx. 5 kilometres and communications are excellent. As a detail of interest and so you appreciate this great population, this is where the International Film Festival takes place and where different personalities of the film industry and show business gather, an event that has a great impact on tourism. It also has a larger foreign population, with more than 50 different nationalities, and is the largest Norwegian colony in Europe after London. Regarding the real estate industry we can say that most of the demand of this town is its seaside location El Albir, however, both the central and residential developments are a place to live, whether your on holiday or live here all year round, as the prices are more attractive than the coast and is much quieter than the beach areas, being just 3 minutes drive from them.

    Calpe is north of Altea and is located less than 20 kilometres from Benidorm. It is a tourist town with great walks and good beaches, well connected and equipped with good infrastructure and services. It is approximately 55 minutes from the airport of El Altet (Alicante), so accessibility is quite good. One of the main characteristics of this population is the famous Rock of Ifach, declared a natural park of Valencia in 1987 and very much visited by the locals, as well as hikers and visitors from the surrounding villages and foreign populations. Something remarkable about this city is also its dedication to the food, especially the seafood. It is well known that in Calpe you can eat a lot of nice seafood at a very reasonable price. As for the real estate world, we say that has a lot of foreign population and there are all kinds of properties: apartments near the beach (new, old) houses, bungalows, etc. What also must be said is that it is a population mostly vacation orientated and most of its turnover is in summer and national holidays.

    La Nucia is a village about 8 kilometres inland from Benidorm go and 3 kilometres from Altea. It also borders Callosa d'en Sarria and Alfaz del Pi. The communication with the coast is exceptional and therefore only takes 5 minutes by car to get to the best beaches of Benidorm and Altea. La Nucia is the tenth fastest growing town in Europe in the last five years, which is not an understatement! This is due to the detailed care the village hall has taken, which is constantly investing in communications, schools, infrastructure and services, also taking care of the interests of its citizens.
